Kristy Carter

Kristy enjoys working closely with families, care teams and providers to make sure every part of the plan pulls in the same direction. As a Registered Nurse, Kristy brings nearly a decade of care coordination and nursing experience where she has built deep skills in person-centred support, clinical assessment, care planning, and stakeholder collaboration. She also has lived experience supporting a family
member who receives NDIS supports, giving her a personal
understanding of the NDIS journey and the importance of
effective communication and coordinated support. Kristy brings a combination of clinical know-how and warmth to her work at Circle SC, where she's committed to helping people live with dignity, independence and the supports that truly fit their goals.
