


Tracey Watters
Tracey brings more than a decade of experience in child protection, complex case management, and family support within the Department of Communities. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and has worked extensively across statutory investigations, high-risk assessments, and safeguarding responses, including in leadership roles as an Acting Team Leader supporting teams managing complex and vulnerable cases.
Tracey’s practice is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centred support, with a strong focus on advocacy, collaboration, and building sustainable outcomes for participants and families. Known for her calm and compassionate approach, Tracey values genuine connection and working collaboratively alongside participants, families, and services to navigate complex systems and achieve meaningful outcomes.
